Job Description Install, troubleshoot, and maintain products/equipment. Train employees, identify, analyze, and repair product failures, order and replace parts as needed. Determine and recommend which products or services best fit the customers' needs. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Provide critical preventive and corrective maintenance, information assurance, asset management, technical systems updates, service call resolution, and configuration management for C4I systems worldwide.

Perform work in Norfolk, Virginia and the surrounding areas.

Required Skills - Active DoD secret clearance or higher.

- IAT II level certification or higher.

- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience OR 8 years experience in the field.

- Knowledge and experience with the following:

. Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) System

. Automated Barriers/Drop Arms/Turnstiles

. Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) / Camera Systems

. Access Control (Card Readers, Intercoms, Keypads, and PLCs)

. Dynamic Message Sign (DMS)

. Gate Automation Systems

. Intercom Systems


. Vehicle Presence Sensors

. Physical Security Information Management (PSIM)

. Badging/Enrollment

- Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

- Ability to support project at client site where working conditions may vary.

- Ability to travel as necessary.

Department Our services in the Defense business unit support all branches of the U.S. military and the intelligence community. Our teams provide a variety of support services related to the maintenance and life cycle sustainment of US Navy, US Coast Guard and Customs and Border Patrol fielded C5I systems. We are focused on the design, systems engineering, project management, procurement, installation, training, testing, and field maintenance of these systems.
