Twin Cities Hospitalis located in beautiful Niceville, FL. We are a 65 bed general acute care facility boasting all private rooms. The Emerald Coast features world famous vacation destinations of Destin, Fort Walton Beach and Okaloosa Island and is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

We realize that in the Florida market a significant number of new nursing graduates are licensed and passed their boards, or waiting for their sit passes to take the NCLEX. However, a shortage of positions for beginning nurses leaves many graduates unemployed or under-employed.

HCA North Florida has partnered with HealthTrust Workforce Solutions (formerly Parallon), a subsidiary of the parent company, HCA - Hospital Corporation of America, offering a range of business and operational solutions, to offer StaRN: Specialty Training Apprenticeship for Registered Nurses — a unique educational opportunity to meet a critical need for specialty nurses in Florida and put new RN graduates to work!
