TheRetail Manageris responsible for guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality food service operations, including: financial performance, customer service, and maintaining an engaged employee workforce.
Now, if you were to come on board as one of ourRetail Managers, we-d ask you to do the following for us:
Lead a team of Supervisors and unionized employees; motivate, coach and develop direct reports and front-line staff while considering change and shifting priorities.
Manage all aspects of retail food services and operations including: budgeting, financial management, and weekly analysis in addition to maintaining both client and Compass standards to assure a safe environment for all patients and employees.
Drive revenues and minimize expenses to achieve optimal profits.
Assure quality control procedures are monitored and maintained, and established operating practices are strictly followed.
Implement the ongoing success of retail programs, marketing programs, and catering services, for popular QSR units and brands.

Post-secondary degree/diploma in Hospitality and/or Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management; advanced FST, Servsafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred.
Minimum three years of retail food service/QSR management experience with branded concepts in a labour environment.
Solid experience in fiscal management of multi-million dollar budgets, contracts and project costs.
Aware of innovative trends in retail food services.
Excellent client relationship and communication skills (written and verbal) with exceptional organized with a strong attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and demonstrate working knowledge of food service POS/IT systems.
Available to work week days, evenings and occasional weekends.
