SmartAsset Talent Acquisition (Contract) in New York, New York

SmartAsset is looking for an experienced, dedicated, self-motivated In-House Recruiter with a passion for finding strong candidates for SmartAsset's ever-growing team.

The In-House Recruiter will source and identify potential candidates across a number of roles, manage resumes, handle first-round phone-screens and co-ordinate phone, video or in-person interviews with other members of the team.

This is currently a 3-6 month position, with the possibility of extending should the need arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Highly motivated, proactive, experienced recruiter • Understand the various role requirements within different teams • Seek and identify suitable candidates from a variety of sources • Keep track of candidates, interview schedules, resumes, etc


• A minimum of 2 years experience recruiting (ideally for Tech, Media Sales, Biz-Dev roles) • An extremely outgoing personality and ability to communicate with different types of candidates • A solid understanding of web technologies and digital media • Experience using various candidate sourcing tools (including online services, networks, etc)
