TITLE: Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing REPORTS TO: Head of Creative Services

Job Description:

• Primary point person in the development and pitch of integrated marketing partnerships • Create and oversee Electus Digital’s outbound stories to marketplace • Successfully create and maintain all Electus Digital product marketing offerings and presentation materials that sell strategic marketing partnerships and the tactics that create them (Decks, one-sheets, sizzle reels, content) • Oversee the creation of marketing briefs and tactical execution of brand campaigns across advertising/paid media, in-product messaging, social media, content development and experiential/partnership activation to ensure consistent and coherent execution • Lead the creation and execution of brand and product-specific marketing campaigns that further a client’s goals • Work closely with GM, VP of Sales and Head of Creative Services on Electus Digital Sales Strategy to spearhead and package all proactive partnerships, as well as educate sales team on how to sell them in marketplace • Collaborate with internal clients and partners to understand client needs and create the best/most innovative ways for them to achieve their goals • Work closely with sales team to develop programs and concepts for advertisers and help sell them through • Work closely with Head of Integrated, GM and Sales Rep on content/execution strategy for all larger budget RFPs (+$500k ONLY) • Develop template for sales planners/sales reps to use on their own for all RFPs under $500k • Develop, manage and execute boiler plate & tentpole events for potential sponsorships • Fully immerse yourself in the humor, fandom and hip-hop categories to understand and identify the revenue opportunities across such categories


• B.A. or B.S. degree; marketing/advertising preferred • Minimum 5 years of integrated marketing experience at an agency, digital publisher or national brand • Extensive experience around video and involvement with sales teams that sell video • Demonstrated success in simultaneously managing multiple complex projects • Deep understanding of how media platforms (Digital, Social, On-the-ground) work together to support one strategic concept • Robust strategic thinking skills and the ability to articulate complex elements simply • Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including sales, marketing and product development • Demonstrated excellence in written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills and track record of effectively interfacing with senior management and staff • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
