Position: Director of QA The role will report to the CTO, and is charged increasing and maintaining the quality of our products. As the Director of QA at SecurityScorecard, you will be responsible for for defining, communicating, and executing SecurityScorecard’s QA vision & process across our engineering teams. This role requires a blend of testing experience, software engineering and technical knowledge to dive into the depths of SecurityScorecard’s technology. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams - to coach and implement best-practices. You will take a hands-on approach to standardizing our release process, with the right test frameworks. This position will progress into a leadership role and require you to nurture and grow your own team.

Candidates have: - 3-5 years of experience as a QA manager in an agile framework - Passion about designing, building and implementing testing tools, automation frameworks and QA processes - Experience with integrating QA automation as part of a Continuous Integration (CI) process - Experience working closely with both Product and DevOps to fine tune release processes - Knowledge of a programming language (Scala, Go, Python, Java) - Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) - Understanding of continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, Chef - Experience with cross-browser testing and related tools
