JOB TITLE – Campus Recruiter

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES – The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring that the highest caliber candidates are attracted to Parallon through appropriate on campus marketing and effective screening of candidates. They will coordinate the campus recruiting process - from strategy and planning to implementation and wrap-up – for target schools within the region.
SUPERVISOR – Regional Human Resources Director



  1. Primary point of contact for career services offices, student and organizations, faculty, candidates, and other appropriate groups at target universities, colleges and schools.

  2. Work with internal teams to develop campus strategy.

  3. Plans, organizes and executes all recruiting events at target schools including presentations, career fairs, and interviews.

  4. Cultivate and maintain relationships within targeted universities, colleges and schools.

  5. Oversees the development and implementation of a uniform campus brand message that drives Parallon to become an employer of choice at local and regional schools.

  6. Champion campus programs, influence managers to change current practices and educate leaders while maintaining strong relationships.

  7. Constantly evaluates channels to find college talent –both on and off campus.

  8. Serves as campus recruiting Subject Matter Expert to drive comprehensive workforce planning across assigned service centers.

  9. Help define and execute campus talent assessment, recruiting effectiveness processes, and implementation of best practices.

    1. Key ownership of tracking and providing applicable metrics and analysis of recruiting activities to management teams.

    2. Makes recommendations to management for improvement of organization’s recruitment policies, practices and procedures.

    3. Oversees and organizes the summer intern program.

    4. Manages the end-to-end candidate process including resume screening, interviews, selection, offers and onboarding for Intern program and Manager in Training program across assigned centers.

    5. Performing other related duties as required.

EDUCATION– Bachelor’s degree required.

EXPERIENCE– Minimum of 1-3 years of campus recruiting or other HR experience. Experience with Recruiting technology and social media essential.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS– Requires prolonged periods of sitting and performing sedentary work. Requires sufficient endurance to perform tasks over long periods of work hours. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. Work is performed in an office environment.
