Jack Henry and Associates Fixed Asset Management Administrator II in Monett, Missouri
Jack Henry & Associates is seeking a detail oriented individual for our open Asset Management Administrator role. As an Asset Management Administrator you will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and managing the assets for various departments within JHA. These assets can include hardware and software. This role will be responsible for the full lifecycle of asset management including the transfer of assets, asset replacement, and asset purchases.

Minimum 5 years in an accounting or bookkeeping related role
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including an emphasis in Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, etc.
Provides asset information to appropriate internal and external organizations including identifying and tracking asset details.
Monitors and tracks software usage, ensuring compliance with software licensing agreements.
Monitors software and hardware maintenance periods (terms) to ensure that all necessary maintenance agreement renewals are identified and fulfilled.
Ensures orders and requisitions are processed accurately.
Oversees the maintenance of records and databases containing licenses, renewals, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software.
Provides regular reporting.
Acts as a team lead and resource for process quality and training. Provides guidance to team and other internal organizations.
Collaborates with other departments to complete special projects.
