  • Experience with the Implementation (not just the installation or SW load) of Avaya Aura Solution including Communication Manager, Session Manager, System Manager to include:

  • Implementation is defined as writing scripts that will be the guide for programming the systems, loading licenses for right to use – PLDS and RFA; work with ARS, UDP, test to show translations work with the solution .

  • Configure SIP trunks

  • Design, implementation and support of both Avaya Aura Systems and Avaya Legacy PBX’s products, Prologix (csi), si and R with port capacities from 50 beyond 10,000.

  • Implementation and support on Avaya IP Connect products, s87XX, S84XX, S8300,,DL360,and various servers

  • S85XX , s81XX medial server. LSP / ESS survivable servers, SLS

  • Implementation and support for telecommunication switch adjuncts, IVR, Messaging (Intuity, Modular Messaging, Aura Messaging) CMS, NICE Recording System, Call Accounting systems, SIP, SES, Session Manager, System Manager

  • Implementation and support of MLPP, Multi-Level Precedence and Preemption

  • Implementation and support E911, CAMA and 911 set across Corporate Enterprises..

  • Experience with creating a survivable system or geo redundant system

  • Assist Call Center Specialist with the implementation of call center designs

  • Knowledgeable with call center applications, Advocate, EAS, CMS, CentreVu Supervisor, BCMS Vu.

  • Provided support to customers and Avaya field services in diagnostic and troubleshooting.

  • Provide Training to customers on what has been implemented

  • Experience and expertise for remote diagnostics and troubleshooting via Secure Access Link (SAL)

  • Documentation for verification and resolution for specific customer requests. I.e. audits, architecture designX Systems Administrations. Avaya System Administration, Integrated management suite.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to establish and build long term relationship with customer
