Responsible for maintaining/creation Process Documents, Workflows. Should have expertise in MS Office including Expertise in Excel. Should have marketing background as need to handle Marketing data. Evaluates customer service assignments and determines actions required Customer service tasks involve analysis and new/customized approaches Solves complex administrative.
Should know at least one CRM with data knowledge.
Prior Lead Management experience
Requires should have minimum 3 years of experience including 2 years of relevant experience.
