Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Working with Executive Director, Program Manager and team to establish and drive marketing plans and campaigns that elevate the business and related products, both internally and externally through our website and intranet, social media, PR, content and relationship marketing, , project marketing, thought leadership, and internal brand communications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
In collaboration with a cross functional team, design and execute marketing campaigns in support of Sports Science and Human Performance Diagnostic Solutions, with an emphasis on marketing analytics to measure, manage and analyze campaign performance to maximize effectiveness and optimize return on investment (ROI).
Improve project management across the team, drive continuous process optimization, measuring impact, discovering efficiencies and making recommendations
Deliver against our plan by ensuring that programs are supported by the right resources and that roles, responsibilities, budgets, timelines and communications are maintained
Track industry trends in marketing and culture and sharing relevant ideas and recommendations with team
Initiate market research as necessary to support development of the marketing strategy. This includes selecting partnering agency, research design, vendor management, and reporting.
Develop and maintain a relevant segmentation of the market, collect insights from customers and prospects on current and unmet needs, build strategic product roadmap and articulate product positioning and messaging
Propose new products innovations in partnership with Medical and Scientific advisors
Define meaningful client clusters within each market segment, articulate clear value proposition, build business cases and ROI analysis to attack client clusters, organize for client cluster marketing and provide insight for sales campaigns
Partner with internal creative services and external agencies to create content and collateral needed to support product promotion and development in our target markets.
Manage product launches in close relationship with Corporate Marketing Services and Commercial Marketing
Work with cross functional team to develop and maintain a best in class web presence in terms of messaging, content, and user experience
Maintain awareness of competitor and complementary activity in the marketplace and knowledge of how the marketplace is evolving.
Requires strong collaboration skills to build consensus between competing business needs and objectives.
Drives and participates in user-experience research to improve ease-of-use and customer satisfaction. Articulates research findings to management in order to impact future product direction.
Provide overall support and expertise to customers to ensure they receive highest level of quality service utilizing operational and shared service personnel to resolve problems and deficiencies
Support the Executive Director with monitoring and achieving revenue margins, budget targets
Support the Executive Director evaluating market activity, and implement new directives for growth as needed
Function as a “Power User” of the Content Management System (CMS) that runs our corporate website.
Collaborate with peers and agencies to develop and support the digital aspect of marketing campaigns.
Education Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Marketing or the Life Sciences; or the equivalent years of education and experience
Experience using SaaS modeling or other customer analytics in marketing planning and execution.
Experience in marketing- technology, applying web and digital marketing platforms (such as a website, email system, CMS, CRM, or other software application) for the purpose of achieving marketing business goals.

At least 8+ years of progressively expanding roles in marketing, advertising, communications or other related business discipline preferred
Broad understanding of all marketing & communication disciplines, including but not limited to, marketing strategy, research, advertising & promotion, new product launches and product/market optimization
Demonstrated track record of creating integrated marketing plans aligned to business needs and delivering high quality deliverables in all areas of marketing, advertising and product/service promotion
Strong writing, editing, project management and production planning skills
Technologically-savvy, including expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Track record of successfully managing internal and external resources
Relevant industry experience (pharma, medical device, healthcare services, consumer marketing, sports industry etc.) is preferred
Experience with marketing analytics desired.
Great team player with strong influencing and consensus building skills
