Jack Henry and Associates Marketing Digital Analyst in Louisville, Kentucky

Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Digital Analyst to join iPay Solutions, a Jack Henry division, to participate in the technical design and implementation of digital marketing materials that promote our product and services. This person will work independently to support various teams across the organization. In this role, responsibilities will include all phases of the email campaign process: creative concept, data structure and management, testing, deployment and post campaign analysis.

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in marketing or technical support.


  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing/ExactTarget or an email marketing platform.

  • General knowledge of technical, financial, and banking industry and competitive market environment.

  • Working knowledge of SQL, database marketing concepts, formulas and procedures

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics


  • Serves as the primary Marketing contact in the preparation, review and deployment of digital marketing initiatives

  • Responsible for conducting end-to-end testing to ensure successful campaign deployment

  • Aware of coding requirements for email and landing page creation

  • Identifying and resolving issues in the digital campaign development process

  • Develop and monitor ongoing email campaigns to ensure proper execution of all scheduled events

  • Continually optimize the content of our Marketing programs to increase the rate of adoption

  • Provide key metrics for email campaigns, including open, clicks, conversion and profitability metrics

  • Work with appropriate data sources or groups to create reports

  • Provide analyses on the performance of adoption programs and provide recommendations to senior management
