Philips Sales Representative Oral Healthcare in Ljubljana, Slovenia

Your challenge

  • Selling & Promoting Philips Oral Health Care products to dental professionals based in Ljubljana;

  • Fully understanding the science behind the product, usages and the market;

  • Attending local, regional, and national trade shows as defined by territory needs;

  • Building strong customer intimacy, building the brand;

  • Driving point of sale presence and activity.

Your responsibilities

  • Developing professional relationships with dentists and introduce Philips Oral Health Care products to them in order to gain their trial and recommendation;

  • Active sales to dental professionals;

  • Trainings for distributor, dental professionals;

  • Achieving all sales quotas and attaining of all KPI’s

  • Capturing, assessing and reporting on market developments, opinion leaders, trends, competitors’ activities or any relevant activity in the dental filed;

  • Independent planning of daily activities;

  • Managing sales expenses responsibly;

  • Maintaining daily standards and expectations.

We are looking for

  • University degree;

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales;

  • Previous professional experience as a Sales Representative - Medical/Pharma/FMCG/ Retail will be considered as an advantage;

  • Very good computer skills - MS Office;

  • Driving license, category B;

  • Business acumen, understanding the retail business;

  • Outstanding presentation and influencing skills;

  • Excellent organization and coordination skills;

  • Readiness for intensive traveling;

  • Work experience in an international environment will be considered as an advantage;

  • Fluent Slovenian, good command of English.
