Mastronardi Products Replenishment Analyst in Livonia, Michigan

Description Tactical position that assumes responsibility for the management of product flow at various distribution centers; in order to maximize good sales, mitigate customer rejections, and allow for operational & logistic efficiencies. This individual is responsible for a wide variety of duties including but not limited to the description provided below.   • Develop replenishment plans that meet the unique projected demand of the distribution center

  • Manage demand plan and forecast development in conjunction with Planning and Sales teams

  • Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics on forecasted inbound needs

  • Monitor and track replenishment lanes (inbounds, transfers, production), establishing back-up plans to curb shortages

  • Monitor daily inventory levels and report to Sales and Operations any deviations from target levels

  • Responsible for the Allocation plan of the distribution center, ensuring product rotation is possible and followed; with the goal of maximizing the overall freshness of inventory on hand

  • Become familiar in leveraging the ERP system, mastering basic functions required for completing responsibilities as described

  • Manage product flow through facility from receiving and storage through production and shipping

  • Work closely with cross functional teams such as Commodity Planning, Production Schedulers, Production Managers, Operations Managers, Shipping and Receiving; with a focus on load priorities, product quality specifications, network analytics and operations planning to implement best practices that provide the best service to our customers at the lowest cost

  • Monitor and document site trends and customer behaviors as they relate to volumes, frequency and stability

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must be a self-starter and willing to work flexible hours

  • Willingness to work independently, with minimal supervision and take ownership of job.
