The essential functions of this position include development, configuration and maintenance of the human resources information system (HRIS) and end-user support and training, including report writing and data distribution.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Input, review, update, and format data in the HRIS. Monitor information entered into the system by other users.
  • Manage maintenance and accuracy of employee data; ensure accuracy of reports. Conduct regular audits of HR data to preserve its integrity and accuracy.
  • Analyze, maintain and troubleshoot the HRIS and other human resources computer applications and systems.
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead projects which impact HRIS data management and system enhancements.
  • Provide HRIS training and customer service support to users. Act as main liaison with all departments regarding HRIS issues.
  • Create and update user documentation and guidelines (training materials) to maximize the use of the HRIS company-wide.
  • Recommend enhancements to existing system to improve company/HR efficiency.
  • Act as administrator to create security model based on functional responsibilities and configure HR system to enforce the security access to data. Update and alter account logins, permissions, ongoing reports and security measures.
  • Process and maintain reports and analyses of employee record data; develop adhoc reports.
  • Develop and monitor dashboards, metrics and automated data feeds (interfaces) and reporting.
  • Maintain absolute discretion in matters of confidentiality.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.


  • Years of experience: 3+
  • Educational requirements: Bachelors degree preferred
  • Proficient in: MS Office, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint; UltiPro; Cognos BI
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
