Job Description

Jack Henry & Associates is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team of POD application analysts. What is POD you may ask? This is a group of JHA products such as Check21 and 4sight that provide proof of deposit services or (POD) to our JHA banking clients. This team is a small and dedicated team that provides implementation support during the banks conversion and implementation. This position does require weekend and afterhours work during implementations, though most implementations are done remotely, so there is little travel involved.

As a POD Application Analyst you can work from one of our offices in the following locations Springfield MO, Monett MO, Allen TX, or Lenexa KS. This position can possibly be worked remotely as well. Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of Experience in POD Process, back office work of a bank or financial institution such as proof operators etc

  • Able to work Extended Hours as business needs dictate

  • On call support for conversions

  • Able to document processes and communicate with JHA staff as well as customer base

Preferred Skills

  • Previous conversion experience

  • RPG Programming including SQL

Essential functions

  • Develop processes for conversion and support of POD

  • Troubleshoot issues within the application and the process of converting

  • Test all aspects of Host 400 POD

  • Provide technical expertise to calls and department

  • Keep customers up to date with status of conversion

  • Oversee documentation of all processes
