GoWireless Inventory Coordinator in Las Vegas, Nevada


POSITION OVERVIEW The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for assisting field and purchasing personnel with purchase order concerns & problem resolution, coordinating with internal and 3rd party returns personnel in facilitating the flow of returned inventory and monitoring of past due orders. This position requires a moderate amount of data entry into Excel, other company programs as well as extensive communication with vendors and company field personnel via phone and email, document review, RMA requests, vendor communications, meeting deadlines, accurate communications and other duties as assigned. The Returns Inventory Coordinator reports to the Inventory Logistics Supervisor, taking daily tasks, direction and training from logistics Lead.

Ideal candidate will have professional communication skills, both written and verbal, a high degree of organization, ability to multitask and change priorities on short notice.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist store personnel with resolving inventory errors and delivery concerns.

  • Follow up with vendors on past-due deliveries.

  • Assist Buyers with communication to and from stores.

  • Transferring of the order numbers into software programs and Excel

  • Coordinate with offshore personnel processing Return Material Authorization (RMA) to vendors

  • Communicate with vendors to solve problems on RMA devices.

  • Professional and accurate communication with vendors regarding returns or issues

  • Working successfully within department to accomplish objectives

  • Meeting inputting deadlines and productivity standards

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or its equivalent

  • Accurate data entry and keyboard skills

  • 1-2 years of experience the data entry/clerical field

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook and computer skills in general

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Maintains a positive and respectful attitude

  • Exerts professionalism in communicating with the field and other employees

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Self-motivated

  • Ability to stay focused and on task

  • Experience in the retail/sales industry preferred

  • Knowledge of inventory processes preferred

  • Knowledge of iQmetrix RQ4 preferred
