Under general direction, represents the primary relationship between global client quality representatives and CBRE at the account level. Responsible for the development and implementation of the GWS Client Quality Management System, managing the alignment to the clients own quality management system. For quality and compliance concerns, provide for a single point of contact between the client quality organization, CBRE enterprise GWS team and CBRE corporate quality team.
Responsible for the interpretation of account contract quality deliverables, including service level agreements and key performance indicators, and compliance to same.
Performs and tracks client team audits and investigation action plans, assuring services appropriate to the life sciences market.Assists in corporate and vendor audits of CBRE site team partners.
Evaluates, selects, implements and actualizes best practices across the client portfolio.Researches, creates, and aligns quality initiatives with current International Standards Organization 9001 and 9002, and other applicable regulatory body requirements.
Provide the client and CBRE work stream leaders guidance on regulatory impact and approach across the business based on defined scope.
Provides understanding and use of the customer satisfaction assessment process, the integration and reporting of on-going process measurements, and control plans.
Manages the vendor audit program.
Develop strategic regional direction according to contract requirements and drive regional alignment of compliance process and procedures.
Responsible for the development, communication and management of the client site team quality system, including implementing quality framework, ensuring alignment with the BE quality strategy, developing and maintaining the client site quality plan.
Responsible for leading the compliance aspects of process standardization and harmonization for client and CBRE concerns through engaging work stream leads and client quality assurance personnel.
10.Ensure document management by providing guidance to work stream leaders and compliance activities regarding current and planned regulatory document needs.
11.Responsible for compliance communication, including keeping regular dialog with client leadership and CBRE site team employees regarding regulatory and compliance status, changes and innovation.
12.Responsible for training compliance by working with client and CBRE work stream leaders to assure training plans, gap analysis, training attendance and training records are adequate, updated and properly recorded.
13.ManagesCorrective Action/Preventative Action (CAPA) by interfacing with client planning and assignment for CAPA / Quality Incident (QI) events, drive to completion and escalate as appropriate. Provide effective goals and report internally and externally on a quarterly basis and as required.
14.Ensure compliance documentation distribution is controlled per CBRE and client policy. Challenge inefficient practices and sell change to the organization.
15.Provide direct support for the preparation of unique site level quality initiatives, quality process development, and documentation in support of customer validation support.
16.Performs other duties as required.
Bachelor's degree in quality management, business, engineering, related field of study, or equivalent work experience.
Broad knowledge of facility systems and operations usually acquired experience in the field.
10 years of demonstrable experience and accomplishment while operating in regulated environments. Presents demonstrable knowledge of ISO and applicable government regulation guideline interpretation and audit experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industry products and services.
Broad knowledge of business processes used to plan, deliver, and support the organization’s products and services. Experiences within the CBRE’s facility management offerings, including those related to products, systems, and services, preferred.
Demonstrated use of presentation, interpersonal and communication skills in effectively working with management and employees at all levels within an organization, including customers, at anexecutive level.
Demonstrated organizational skills, project planning and management, team building, and experience with quality management and measurement processes and tools.
Demonstrated experience effectively working in a matrix environment with employees and management at all levels in an organization.
