The Third Party Manager (TPM) is responsible for managing a portfolio of Third Party engagements for the technology group within Integrated Services for the Americas. The TPM will follow a set of procedures in support of Third Party Risk Management Policy and the TPM Program. Activities include preparation to enter and then execute Transition, Monitoring & Oversight and Termination. The portfolio will include engagements that span the risk rating spectrum: Critical-High-Moderate-Low.

The TPM will work closely with IT Project Managers in the transition and onboarding of new vendors and engagements, ensuring that Project Life Cycle, TPRM Program Life Cycle, and Testing Requirements have been met.
The TPM will conduct Transition, Ongoing Monitoring & Oversight of onboarded engagements, including: Periodic Risk Re-assessments, Regular Business Reviews and Onsite Reviews. The TPM will hold regular meetings with vendors, develop a set of performance measures and will ensure that the terms and conditions of the agreement are being met.
The TPM will ensure that contingency & exit strategies and plans are in place, should service be disrupted or an engagement needs to be terminated.
The TPM will proactively identify, manage, mitigate and report on risk items discovered throughout the portfolio management process.
The TPM will work closely with several SME Groups in the management of their portfolio, to coordinate activities across the lifecycle, and to manage risk, including: Project Managers, Sourcing, Legal, Audit, Compliance, Information Security, Business Continuity, Service Requestors, etc.
5 or more years in managing Technology Third Parties
Knowledge of Technology Infrastructure & Application Development SDLC knowledge
Risk Management experience
Regulatory Statutes awareness and application of controls
Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PPT, SharePoint)
Strong quantitative/analytical skills
Strong interpersonal communications skills, tact & diplomacy
Ability to tailor message to audience, summarize for executives
