BlueLine Rental Business Development in Jacksonville, Florida

The primary responsibility is to perform all aspects of our sales processes with a focus on identifying, pursuing and selling our offerings to enable our customers success.

  • Identify & Qualify the needs of our new customer prospects by utilizing and our data sets to prioritize who you call on and how frequently.

  • Schedule face to face meetings & top to top discussions to discuss the seamless experience for our customers via our single point of contact.

  • Responsible for driving overall Active Customer Growth and YoY Rental Revenue Growth for assigned book of business.

  • Validate and collect primary decision maker's contact information and customer needs for use on future sales and marketing campaigns.

  • Leverage marketing & sales tools to identify and sell new customers via our sales tools and comprehensive BlueLine Rental value proposition.

  • Learn accurate use of BlueLine Rental IT systems for quotes, rental, sales, reservations, and territory management.

  • Coordinate with all branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction; and communicate field issues to branch personnel.

  • Work with our Outside & Inside Sales team along with our call center to provide solutions to customers around project management, equipment needs assessment, training, demonstrations, quotations, etc.

  • Negotiate prices on equipment rentals based on market and customers willingness to pay in accordance with pricing policies and procedures.

  • Leverage marketing, sales, regional and local business growth programs.

  • In conjunction with Marketing & Sales Effectiveness, coordinate regional sales and marketing campaigns to drive new customers, share of wallet, price & customer retention to deliver higher market penetration and increase active customer base.

  • Drive customer engagement to local events/promotions.

  • Perform duties as assigned by management.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Experience in construction rental equipment or related industry preferred

  • Valid Driver's License

  • High-level organizational skills, communication, professionalism, and coachability.

  • Proven presentation skills and ability to demonstrate effective sales orientation.

  • Able to work independently and possess strong teamwork skills.

  • Proven planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
