N O T I C E September 21, 2016 CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE There is an opening for a Contact Center Representative in the Member Services Department. The successful candidate must have the ability to handle all calls, e-mails, and member contacts in a one contact resolution manner in a positive and professional manner at all times. The successful candidate must have a proven record for handling difficult members/customers and resolving issues promptly with at least three years experience in internal customer service. Previous utility distribution experience is a plus but not required. Exceptional communication both written and oral is required. A summary of the position specifications is posted below. P OSITION S PECIFICATION EDUCATION: Minimum of high school diploma is required. Additional education or training to enhance customer service skills will be helpful but is not required. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a customer services environment is required. Experience working with a consumer-owned or publicly-held utility system is a positive but not required. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Ability to adhere to contact center policies and procedures. 2. Ability to learn how to address any matter related to members accounts. 3. Ability to handle various spontaneous and difficult situations as they arise. 4. Ability to learn and operate software used in contact centers including Customer Information and Customer Relationship Management Systems, etc. 5. Ability to assist in maintaining a contact center information FAQ. PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS: A. Must have a strong work ethic and a passion for our members (our customers). B. Customer/Member focus in a Contact Center team environment C. A non-stop positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with companys members. D.
