Jack Henry is seeking an Application Security Engineer II for the Springfield, MO location.

We are looking for an individual that is ready for a new challenge in a fast paced environment.This is a new position and reports to the Manager of Application Security. This position will work with a team of 5 people. The Engineer will interact with a diverse set of technology groups including development, infrastructure and governance teams to further develop our layer 4 – 7 security services. There is an on call rotation once a week.Also, this position has career growth potential and is perfect for someone who has strong background in application security.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application security or software development
F5 Application Security Manager (ASM) certification
Experience with C# and the .NET framework
Experience working with ADFS (Active Directory Federated Services)
Experience working with web application firewalls
Works with development, infrastructure and governance teams to enhance security of applications
Designs, implements and documents authentication solutions using the F5 Access Policy Manager and ADFS (Active Directory Federated Services)
Engineers and coordinates deployments and maintenance of web application firewalls
Performs regularly scheduled security and vulnerability audits to determine if corrective action is needed
Conducts industry research and provides recommendations for emerging trends and application security practices
Develops and implement new application security technologies and solutions
