-Adheres to the execution and application of PCMS Project Management Methodology
-Assumes the technical leadership role for each assigned project
-Shares knowledge and technical expertise with customer and team
-Provides feedback/assists in streamlining program implementation methodology or implementation documentation/toolsets.
-Assists with Business Development activities as requested.
-Documents and distributes project technical information appropriately
-Directs all technical communication for team (written and oral)
-May interact cross-functionally with other divisions or units to share product technical knowledge and expertise
-Completes assigned project tasks as scheduled to gain customer acceptance
-Adheres to project scope for technical deliverables
-Identifies additional opportunities and communicates those to the project manager and/or Senior Manager
-Complete Transition to Support (TTS) documentation as required by each business unit
-Escalates technical issues appropriately to technical marketing, management, Customer Care Solutions Center, etc.
-Assists customer with troubleshooting/resolving technical issues during implementation
-Provides weekly project status updates to Project Manager for all assigned projects
-Responsible for regularly documenting time and expenses as they related to defined Philips and/or departmental policies
-Achieve/maintain accepted industry level certifications/technical competency (i.e., Microsoft Technical Certifications) through continuing education
Attend product technical training as required
-Attend all TTS calls with Solutions Center and Customers
-Submit customer suggestions, compliments, and complaints to the Customer Feedback System
-Is responsible for adhering to all work instructions for installation of the product, including the completion of any required checklists
-Prior to installation conducts on-site evaluations to recommend network connectivity solutions and coordinates third party network evaluations as needed.
-Works with hospital information services departments to assess network capabilities and design. Gathers necessary network information required to properly configure IntelliSpace Perinatal System (ISP)
-Investigates and diagnoses complex technical problems during installation until transition to support
-Manages post implementation “issues lists” to ensure timely resolution of all implementation technical issues.
-Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Health Sciences, Information Systems Technology or related field.
-Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time within the US
-HL7 experience required
-Completion or progress toward one of more of the following certifications:
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) Demonstrated knowledge of system/application integration and HL7 messaging. Microsoft domain administration Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP) Certified Wireless Network Administration (CWNA) VMWare Terminal Services
