Your Challenge:

This particular position will work within the High Acuity Monitoring Solutions Group Sales organization that comprises of a Software and Solutions business encompassing Patient Monitoring, Therapeutic Care and Clinical Informatics. This division of Philips Health Systems specializes in pre-sales Solution Consulting, Wired and Wireless Design and Solution Selling for both our Philips Provided Clinical Networks or Customer Supplied Clinical Networks that provide our customers a complete End2End solution wrapped around our patient monitoring devices, networks, and telemetry systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Ability to design simple to highly complex medical IT Layer 2 and 3 network systems based upon PCMS product and service design rules.

  2. Ability to Sale the Features and Benefits of a Philips provided End2End Solution to internal and external.

  3. Ability to effectively negotiate.

  4. Pose Leadership abilities to influence internal and external resources to a stated objective without formal lines of authority.

  5. Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management internal and external

  6. Ability to effectively participate and lead multiple complex patient monitoring teams

  7. Ability to comply and deliver required business performance results with high levels of customer satisfaction, both internal and external.

Your Profile:

  1. Must hold a valid driver’s license

  2. Write technically detailed scopes of work/statements of work

  3. Create technically accurate designs of patient monitoring networks

  4. Create and present value added solutions to customers as well as aid in the sales of those solutions with sales counter-parts

  5. Provide technical review of quoted systems to ensure viability of sold systems

  6. Grow the PCMS business in the assigned geography within the scope of both equipment and service revenue and contract revenue.

  7. Work within a dynamic Customer Care Team with clinical, sales, and service partners to support the business activities at the highest level.

Education/ Experience:​

• Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science disciplines with 2 years’ experience or, Associates of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science disciplines with 4 years’ experience

• Experience in Healthcare / IT Technologies

• Preferred extensive knowledge of Healthcare environments and Patient Monitoring systems

• Ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of various networking methodologies and design. Wireless networking knowledge preferred.

• Experience in both Value-Based Selling and Negotiation

• Experience in Healthcare / IT Technologies

• CCNA, Windows, or other technical certification preferred

• Experience working with AutoCAD and Visio required

Must be within 1 hour driving distance of a major airport.
