Your Challenge:

We challenge you to join this growing team as an experienced Enterprise Solution Specialist . This position offers you the opportunity to play a vital role in increasing market penetration in the East Zone and to the overall growth of our business. The Enterprise Solution Specialist will partner with their Zone Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives to develop non-standard customer centric business solutions. Your Responsibilities:

  • You will work as a Sales/Business Development specialist on the development of the medium-term sales/business development policy for your prospective portfolio, and processes results into a vision/roadmap. Distinctive is a high degree of original, out of the box thinking, needed to find solutions to the assignments.

  • Formulates new sales/business development solutions by integral, original thinking and adds new sales/business development concepts/elements to their sub-discipline.

  • Combines abstract ideas at a high conceptual level, and generates new types of solutions.

  • Formulates, as a recognized authority in sales/business development, solutions across multiple disciplines to effectively achieve goals together.

  • Builds active networks with key contacts inside and outside Philips for his specialism to keep abreast of new developments/insights.

  • May lead multi-disciplinary change projects, managing a significant number of people. Your Profile:

  • Four-year college degree, required; Master’s degree in business, preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of field healthcare sales, required

  • Experience with driving large, complex, multi-solution deals, required.

  • Experience developing corporate partnerships with IDNs, required.

  • Contracting experience, required.

  • Ability to create comprehensive customer profiles and effective customer acquisition and retention strategy

  • Awareness of Philips evolving strategies for expanding and changing its products and services

  • Experience educating the customer, not only about the sales organization's products and services, but also about industry trends and business issues
