Philips Customer Success Manager in Home Worker, Massachusetts

Your Responsibilities:

Represent Philips to the highest levels of customer organizations on a wide range of potential Philips initiatives and issues.

  • Deliver quality Customer Relationship Management skills

  • Support Sales Development: Help drive customer contract renewals

  • Support Product Marketing: Includes surveying customers for future features and identify customer interest levels

  • Support Application Team: Assist with Customer Training Events

  • Understand customer workflow and collaborate with customer(s) on new products

  • Host regularly scheduled customer meetings and onsite visits (as required)

  • Effectively manage commitments and expectations

  • Follow escalation procedures and communicates updates to customers as necessary.

  • Maintains excellent customer service skills through ongoing training and development

  • Understands customer workflow, collaborates, and sets customer expectations regarding feature requests, new products and services, and other customer requests.

  • Acts as sustaining project manager for varied types of projects ensuring project deliverables are implemented in accordance with order/contract/Statement of work

  • Service Desk: Collaborate with TSE’s and other CARE Resources to resolve customer issues, update Case Activity when appropriate, and maintain site management tool

  • Updates/maintains escalated accounts list for leadership visibility

  • Team Tools: Maintain accurate customer profiling information

  • Collaborate with Implementation Team
