Philips Customer Success Manager in Home Worker, Massachusetts
Represent Philips to the highest levels of customer organizations on a wide range of potential Philips initiatives and issues.
Deliver quality Customer Relationship Management skills
Support Sales Development: Help drive customer contract renewals
Support Product Marketing: Includes surveying customers for future features and identify customer interest levels
Support Application Team: Assist with Customer Training Events
Understand customer workflow and collaborate with customer(s) on new products
Host regularly scheduled customer meetings and onsite visits (as required)
Effectively manage commitments and expectations
Follow escalation procedures and communicates updates to customers as necessary.
Maintains excellent customer service skills through ongoing training and development
Understands customer workflow, collaborates, and sets customer expectations regarding feature requests, new products and services, and other customer requests.
Acts as sustaining project manager for varied types of projects ensuring project deliverables are implemented in accordance with order/contract/Statement of work
Service Desk: Collaborate with TSE’s and other CARE Resources to resolve customer issues, update Case Activity when appropriate, and maintain site management tool
Updates/maintains escalated accounts list for leadership visibility
Team Tools: Maintain accurate customer profiling information
Collaborate with Implementation Team
