Scope & Purpose of Position:
To provide support with processing applications for Kettle Season employees.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Provide support with reviewing and processing application packets for Kettle Season employees.
Compose accurate email correspondences with supervisors regarding needs for application packets.
Organize and prioritize large volumes of information.
Process and verify new employee information in compliance with Federal and State labor laws.
Review and process volunteer paperwork.

The above duties and responsibilities are not all inclusive and may be modified to include other job related duties at the discretion of the supervisor.
Minimum of two years of administrative assistant experience.
Proficiency in computers.
Ability to work independently when the supervisor is unavailable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional telephone manner required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and establishing priorities.
Continual attention to detail.
Demonstrate discretion, integrity, and confidentiality in dealing with all matters.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
