Scope & Purpose of Position:

To provide support with processing applications for Kettle Season employees.

  • Provide support with reviewing and processing application packets for Kettle Season employees.

  • Compose accurate email correspondences with supervisors regarding needs for application packets.

  • Organize and prioritize large volumes of information.

  • Process and verify new employee information in compliance with Federal and State labor laws.

  • Review and process volunteer paperwork.

  • Minimum of two years of administrative assistant experience.

  • Proficiency in computers.

  • Ability to work independently when the supervisor is unavailable.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional telephone manner required.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and establishing priorities.

  • Continual attention to detail.

  • Demonstrate discretion, integrity, and confidentiality in dealing with all matters.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
