Job Summary

The Support Engineer is responsible for handling problems that have been reported by customers or other Ericsson support organizations.

As BSS SUM Engineer, we need to ensure that Customer Network are kept at latest ICP Level.The work requires that we are are competent to load ICPs on multiple CS Nodes.

Position Qualifications :

Should have Linux/Solaris Knowledge

Should have the knowledge of SS7, IN protocols, SIGTRAN/CIP-IP Should have excellent knowledge of TCP/IP Knowledge of Shell scripting, Perl and Java will be required Should have the knowledge of all CAMEL Flows Should be aware of Processes and all tools Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams Should have database knowledge Knowledge of Ericsson BSS-Nodes.
