We now have an exciting opportunity for a Services Program Manager to join our Sleep and Respiratory Care business.
The Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care business provides a range of solutions to the NHS which facilitates home based care, driving significant benefits to patients and also to the NHS. The business currently delivers a sleep support service on behalf of a number of NHS Trusts, managing significant numbers of patients suffering from sleep apnoea.
As Philips focus on the Health & Technology space, novel health and wellness solutions are being developed which are expanding our current healthcare offerings as well as our customer base, covering not only patients but also consumers.
As the Program Manager joining Philips, you will play a key role in driving these activities, further developing our current sleep support service offering as well as defining, developing and implementing new models of care and new service offerings, across the Philips organisation.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Further develop and drive efficiencies within the SRC sleep service, by embracing new technologies and new ways of working to provide a better service to our customers and patients, working closely with the clinical and Sleep Support Team.
Support development and implementation of new models of care across the differing healthcare businesses as required, connecting with relevant internal and external parties as well as ensuring services align to required standards.
Provide UK input into new technology projects and services being developed by the global teams as well as exploring mutually beneficial opportunities for collaboration across the Philips organisation to support overall business goals
Ensure any new program activity complies with Philips privacy rules as well as being in compliance with appropriate regulatory and quality standards relevant to service delivery, working with appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor the progress of the projects, to ensure completion within agreed timelines and engage and communicate with all relevant stakeholders to gain support to achieve a successful roll out for any new program.
Work closely with the marketing team within SRC and across the business as appropriate, to support value proposition development for new service models.

This position will be primarily based at the Head Office in Guildford, where we operate an agile working environment, but candidates will be expected to spend time as required in Tangmere, Chichester, where the sleep support team are based, as well as some travel within the UK.

We are looking for
Degree level education or equivalent
Proven track record in project management
Experience of working within and preferably leading a cross functional team
Previous LEAN experience preferable
Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language
Team player with the ability to drive projects through to completion
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Expertise on Healthcare
Understand customer’s business and care area
Good understanding of Healthcare business fundamentals
Analytical, conceptual thinker
Experience in developing project plans
Proven strategic mindset
