Agilent Technologies, Inc. Head of Project Management – Pathology Division, DGG in Glostrup, Denmark
In this challenging role you will be responsible for heading the project management team for the Pathology Division, driving cross-functional projects and supporting the strategic planning and execution.
Your key responsibilities and tasks will be:
Direct Management of Project Managers and the Project Management Process resources, tools and functions
Ensure that the project office demonstrates operational excellence in:
Planning, Executing, and Closing Projects
Managing cross-functional Teams — facilitating commitment and productivity, removing obstacles, and motivating team members
Managing Expectations — aligning projects to business goals, managing stakeholders, and communicating project status, milestones, and unexpected difficulties effectively
Significant leadership position requiring meeting both short term and long term objectives for the Division. Supporting and Driving the annual SPR process and the Strategic Initiatives of the Business
Representing and speaking on behalf of the Pathology Division leadership team to other functions in broader Agilent (GIO, other Divisions, etc.)
For employee coaching and development: (1) determine and communicate business objectives(MBO); (2) provide feedback, evaluate and rank performance; (3) identify and support employee and self-developmental needs;(4) recognize and reward desired performance behaviors;(5) effective communication and remote management skills.
Need to display effective presentation skills as well as delivering presentation to the executive levels within the Agilent organizations and with external partners/suppliers
This role will report into the General Manager of the Pathology Division.
Master degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Biology, Diagnostics, Pharma, or related disciplines. Ph.D. will be a plus. Qualifications:

3+ years experience with multinational and remote people management and/or functional leadership, proven skills to lead diverse teams.
Track record in managing complex projects by applying project management tools and demonstrating strong focus on continuous improvement programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
