  • Provides leadership business insight and guide strategic direction, based on the analysis of portfolio’s financial structure and performance.

  • To pro-actively support execution of financial planning by preparing and supporting performance and strategy meetings of relevant stakeholders (ExCom, Businesses, Markets) in line with Sector/Excom F&A directives

  • Manage financial goals and P&L including sales target, budget, profits and lead business forecasting yearly/ quarterly basis

  • Identifying key business drivers and develop intervention plans, including Advertising & Promotion spending ROI improvement, as needed based on the result of business performance review

  • Assess business performance regular basis by analyzing sales result, sell-out and market share data

  • Oversees Commercial Policy & Pricing Strategy to motivate Sales and Customers for improved sales fundamental

  • Performs forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation, benchmarking, scenario analysis, etc.
