Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept:

Help lead and manage a HIGHLY skilled team of Digital Marketing Analysts. We're seeking a talented, hard-working and enterprising individual with SERIOUS digital marketing chops to help lead and drive all of our marketing and traffic driving initiatives online. This will be both a strategy AND execution role (you need to be able to get your hands dirty and not just be a paper pusher). Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Daily oversight (and help w/execution where necessary) of our primary channels: Google Adwords, Bing PPC, Facebook, Email, Affiliates, Social, Content Marketing and more. • Utilizing BI data to employ intelligent data-driven strategies and decisions • CONSTANTLY TESTING new, and innovative channels/ways to drive qualified traffic to our websites • Manage and help establish data-driven daily, monthly and qtly KPIs. • Manage the CRO (conversion rate optimization) and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) maximization process • Recruit, coach, lead and inspire a market-leading digital marketing team!

Keywords/Buzzwords/Experience that should apply to you:

• 3+ Years of enterprise level Google Adwords PPC (Monthly budgets over $100k) • 5+ Years of Advanced Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics/Omniture Req'd) • Experience w/CRO tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO, Unbounce or equivalent) • Familiarity w/Facebook Ad Manager • Experience w/Email marketing: segmentation, triggers, lifecycles and more (Responsys, Exact Target, Bronto or equivalent enterprise-level ESP) • Organic social media knowledge and experience (FB, IG, Twitter, Pinterest, Vine, YouTube) • Online Retail experience a HUGE plus • Tech savvy SQL/HTML/CSS/Adobe Creative suite knowledge a plus as is being able to effectively communicate with Designers and Engineers
