Philips is looking for a sales manager to sell our preventive programs into the mid and large employer market. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in selling services and software solutions to senior (Human Resource) executives.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 8 years sales experience in selling health related software and/or services to senior HR executives
Identify, map and build relationships with key decision makers in target customer account
Ability to close deals and has demonstrated top performance
A passion for sales as well as a passion for helping people improve their health
Actively build successful and engaged accounts
Demonstrable ability to develop new accounts from scratch
Good understanding and relationships with the value chain, incl. HR Benefit consultants
Excellent communication skills
