Philips Senior Product Marketing Manager-Serviceability & Monitoring PACS segment in Foster City, California
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for defining and prioritizing program backlog- the single backlog that drives the Agile Release Train’s value delivery. The role is the content authority of the train.
The role is characterized by the responsibility to translate business opportunities into product-market combinations, the definition of commercial specifications for the required products, the co-responsibility for the realization of the products and the proper introduction of these products in the market.
They are not responsible for the realization of the sales, but support this. Their focus will be on product strategy, product roadmap and long term product planning. They are also responsible for coordinating the linkages between the product roadmap and the technology roadmap.
Product Manager overall responsible for serviceability and monitoring requirements across the End-to-End enterprise imaging portfolio.
Become the thought leader within the business for driving the portfolio investments for Serviceability & Monitoring for the PACS segment .
Responsible in defining the strategy and multiyear roadmap for our Serviceability & monitoring offering.
Develop and maintain a needs-based customer segmentation and service innovation for serviceability and monitoring capability requirements.
Analyze the market, the competition, and trends on enterprise level serviceability and monitoring technologies to ensure the product portfolio is leading the market’s needs and expectations.
Develop compelling business cases in close coordination with Finance, for new product releases and services (for consideration in the portfolio management process).
Define the strategy and product plans for serviceability and monitoring, and the translation into clear product specifications for the release train.
Guide and drive the development of new products from the initial phase until the final product, in order to get the optimal combination of performance and price in time for the defined market segment.
Develop and communicates the product / program Vision & roadmap for serviceability and monitoring. Work with system architects to understand upcoming architectural work impacting the product
Manage the program feature backlog & define program increments for the serviceability and monitoring investments.
Work with release management to define & implement the releases on time with quality
Conduct customer executive presentations for the domain of enterprise serviceability.
We are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (HW/SW engineering, MBA preferred),
5-10 years in product management, services marketing, product development or related field.
Understands Serviceability for SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, critical cloud deployment requirements and foundational technologies and has comfort with both technical and business discussions.
Experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses- preferably within the Enterprise Medical Imaging domain (PACS, RIS, VNA, EMR, Advanced clinical visualization).
Strong technical expertise with cloud computing, enterprise IT infrastructure,
Enterprise Clinical Data Management, PACS, VNA would be a plus. Understanding of the hardware or software standards and emerging trends.
