Senior Global Product Manager-Workflow & Analytics, PACS segment

Your challenge

The Senior Product Manager is responsible to translate business opportunities into product-market combinations, the definition of commercial specifications for the required products, the co-responsibility for the realization of the products and the proper introduction of these products in the market.

While not responsible for the realization of the sales, this role will support it. Their focus will be on product strategy, product roadmap and long term product planning. They are also responsible for coordinating the linkages between the product roadmap and the technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

Product Manager overall responsible for product requirements across the End-to-End enterprise imaging portfolio.
Become the thought leader within the business for driving the investments for Workflow and Analytics for the PACS segment offering including:

  • Develop and maintain a needs-based customer segmentation requirements (across global markets and supported by Market Intelligence).


  • Analyze the market, the competition, and trends on enterprise level across segment technologies to ensure the solution portfolio is leading the market’s needs and expectations.

  • Establish Voice of Customer (VOC) input cadence for better customer needs definition, feature request priorities and mid-program opportunities to check product development direction.

  • Develop compelling business cases in close coordination with Finance, for new product releases and services (for consideration in the portfolio management process).


  • Responsible in defining the strategy and multiyear roadmap for our offering.

  • Define the strategy and product plans for responsible products, and the translation into clear product specifications for the release train, in such a way that in short, mid and long term a sound business result can be achieved.

  • Guide and drive the development of new products from the initial phase until the final product, to get the optimal combination of performance and price in time for the defined market segment.

  • Participate in NPI activities; ensure completion of appropriate deliverables (feature descriptions, value propositions, costing/pricing/quoting materials, etc.)

  • Follow the business during the lifecycle of the product, and take adjustment actions when needed, to generate the maximum profit contribution during the whole solution life cycle.


  • Manage the program feature backlog & define program increments for the segment investments.

  • Work with the peer product management, program management, service and R&D teams to understand the ART objectives, Budget and Portfolio and Program Epics.

  • Work with release management to define & implement the solutions on time with quality.

  • Conduct customer executive presentations for the domain of enterprise serviceability.

  • Familiarity with enterprise healthcare informatics needs.

  • Ability to synthesize market and customer feedback, and existing and new products into solutions

  • Comfortable with making tradeoffs decisively.

  • Expertise delivering complex projects to meet demanding feature, cost, quality and introduction date targets.

  • Demonstrable communication skills and ability to lead an organization to develop market leading solutions and ability to influence colleagues.

  • High-tech product launch experience (clinical experience is a plus).

  • Ability to engage global teams and customers, with sensitivity to cultural and market differences.

We are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Marketing, HW/SW engineering, MBA preferred).

  • 5-10 years in product management, services marketing, product development or related field.

  • Understands radiology workflow and analytics in the healthcare informatics industry and foundational technologies and has comfort with both technical and business discussions.

  • Experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses- preferably within the Enterprise Medical Imaging domain (PACS, RIS, VNA, EMR, Advanced clinical visualization).

  • Strong technical expertise with cloud computing, enterprise IT infrastructure, Enterprise Clinical Data Management, PACS, VNA would be a plus.
