Position Description:

CGI is looking for a Deputy Program Manager whom will be responsible assisting in the overall management for the operations, maintenance, consolidation, and potential migration to a cloud infrastructure environment of all data centers for a government agency client. The Deputy Program Manager will lead all management processes to ensure successful delivery of services to the client and will also assist the Program Manager as needed.

Principle Responsibilities:
-Lead development of all required project management documentation, monthly reports, and contract deliverables
-Lead development of estimates of projected costs and track expenditure of current costs
-Introduce required changes to achieve compliance with service delivery frameworks and quality models, including ISO 9000, ISO 20000, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Capability Maturity Model, and Capability Maturity Model Integration.
-Lead all required Project Management integrated product teams, including program management, risk management, and change management teams.
-Develop Earned Value Management Reports
-Track and ensure that CGI is meeting all service level agreements, and propose changes to agreements as necessary

Requirements:
-Program Management and Project Management experience for infrastructure, service desk, data center, disaster recovery and/or continuity of operations
-Experience with successful certification of previous organizations on one or more of the following standards:
-ISO 9000
-ISO 20000
-ITIL
-CMM
-CMMI
-Experience developing standard project management documentation
-Experience implementing Earned Value Management analysis
-Experience developing, tracking, and addressing deficiencies related to service level agreements.
-Experience tracking project costs and developing cost estimates
-10 years of relevant experience
-Minimum requirement of Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Additional requirements:
Project Management Professional (PMP)

Desired skills:
-Understanding of cloud computing concepts, specifically as defined by National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
-Knowledge of the Federal Aviation Administration operating environment
