Job Description Work as a consulting team member or individual consultant to develop program objectives and manage program execution. Expertise and work efforts are focused on the analysis of the customer's business goals, objectives, needs and the general business environment to solve logistical problems. Prepare and present technical data and briefings. May have Business Development responsibilities.
Perform Functional Advocate duties for any one or more of the depot maintenance material support systems used by the Air Force (e.g., Depot Maintenance Material Support System, Exchangeable Production System, Material Processing System, and the DMAPS material management modules that are Automated Bill of Material / Naval Inventory Material Management System.
Manage functional direction of Command systems. Evaluate requirements from an enterprise perspective. Ensure new requirements are compatible with future direction of depot maintenance support systems. Provide, or arrange for, functional SME support. Work with site users, program offices and action offices to provide subject matter experts.
Required Skills - Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent.
- 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Ability to ensure evolving functionality is compatible with Command’s policies and procedures for material management within depot operations.
- Experience serving as Lead/Chair Functional Review Board/Users Group and prioritize requirements.
- Ability to ensure requirements reflect the priorities of the user community.
- Ability to ensure compliance with Portfolio Management, NDAA, and C&A processes
- Ability to travel as necessary.

Department Our services in the Defense business unit support all branches of the U.S. military and the intelligence community. Our teams provide a variety of support services related to the maintenance and life cycle sustainment of US Navy, US Coast Guard and Customs and Border Patrol fielded C5I systems. We are focused on the design, systems engineering, project management, procurement, installation, training, testing, and field maintenance of these systems.
