Job Description Enhance product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory. Create and review procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Support specific functional areas, including configuration management, test, production/manufacturing, quality control, and logistics. Apply knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers. Draw conclusions and devise solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedure efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization or control. Develop and draft program or project milestone, progress monitoring, financial, acquisition, quality control, maintenance, or training documentation; may perform work measurement studies, program or project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, or workload change impact analyses. Rely on and use automated management information systems in performing fact finding, analytical, and advisory functions.

Required Skills - Active Secret Clearance.

- Associate's Degree or equivalent.

- Bachelor’s Degree or postgraduate degree in mathematics, statistics, or a business or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or management information technology (preferred).

- 6+ years of related experience in the field or in a related area.

- Experience as a staff officer, working with the F-35 Weapon System/Program in any of the following key areas: Air Staff, HQ MAJCOM, Acquisition, Logistics, Depot Operations, Supply Chain Operations (highly preferred),

- Ability to travel as necessary.

Functional Area Logistics Supply Operations

Department Our services in the Defense business unit support all branches of the U.S. military and the intelligence community. Our teams provide a variety of support services related to the maintenance and life cycle sustainment of US Navy, US Coast Guard and Customs and Border Patrol fielded C5I systems. We are focused on the design, systems engineering, project management, procurement, installation, training, testing, and field maintenance of these systems. We also provide personnel services to military personnel, military families, and civilians working for the military.
