Toyota's Human Resources Department is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Administrative Associate. The primary responsibility of this role is to work with Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana (TMMI)'s Vehicle Services coordination. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the person in this role will support the Human Resource department's objective to be the Subject Matter Expert for TMMI's Vehicle Services coordination, administration, communication, training and problem resolution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Administrator for the following: o Employee Vehicle Purchase Programso Employee Lease Vehicle Programso Company Pool Vehicles • Utilize various systems associated with Vehicle Services.• Be the subject matter expert for all Vehicle Services programs and processes.• Responsible to 5,300 Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana (TMMI) TMs for coordinating all Vehicle Services related items.• Responsible for listening to and resolving TM problems, concerns, or questions related to Vehicle Services.• Communicate with all levels of the organization and exhibit a positive customer first attitude. Excellent inner-personal skills are required.• Partner with Toyota Motor Sales, Local Dealerships, Quality Division, Central Security, Bureau of Motor Vehicles and HR in administering the Vehicle Services program at TMMI.• Look for and implement continuous improvement ideas and cost reductions to current programs and practices.
