As an Emergency Services RN, you impact patient care in every way imaginable – and then some. You’re responsible for the observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care. You handle health teaching and counseling, promote wellness, health maintenance and illness prevention. You even administer medications and treatment as prescribed. And you do it all with an energy that makes amazing patient care an everyday reality. You’ll be right home in our Emergency Department. Previous RN ED experience is highly desired. CEN is a plus. You should also have a nursing diploma or ASN – BSN preferred - and recent basic EKG course completion. A current Florida State Registered Nurse license, current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider (BLS & ACLS certifications) and PALS certification are essential.

Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred. Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care setting preferred. Current Florida State Registered Nurse license. Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider (BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications). PALS certification required. Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills.
