ADP is hiring a Manager Continuous Improvement. In this position you will be reporting to the Vice President, Continuous Improvement Group (CIG), the Manager will have the responsibility for planning, coordinating, and managing activities and initiatives that have broad organizational impact focusing on Continuous Improvement within ADP. Such improvements include activities and initiatives relating to the delivery of multi-service ADP solutions partnering with Implementation, Operations, Service, and Field Support Services. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Partner with other Business Units (BUs) within MAS to provide broad based Continuous Improvement impacts across ADP. * Build solid relationships with BU executives to develop trust and understanding. * Understand and utilize indicators that will drive where CIG should focus. * Manage root cause analysis of opportunities to determine whether an underlying cause is actually manifesting itself in multiple deficiencies. * The premise of root cause analysis is to find the real problem so that symptomatic problems will be solved. * Define process improvement activities and initiatives with the help of cross functional teams. * Manage and direct Continuous Improvement activities and initiatives across MAS by partnering with our FSS Division business process reengineering experts, SMEs, and others, to analyze and define process improvements and/or training needed to close deficiencies. * Establish acceptable and realistic success and performance metrics with the inclusion of functional and business line inputs. * Periodically meet to review performance reports, and determine if business plan goals are on target. * Through the leadership of change management disciplines, drive new programs, processes, and systems throughout the business and validate that outcomes meaningfully impact business/functional performance. * Act as a role model in the commitment to high ethical standards and to conducting business with a high level of integrity. * Significant travel (25 - 50%) is required * Perform other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: * Bachelor Degree required or equivalent in education and experience.
