Philips Supply Chain Improvement Manager in Eindhoven, Netherlands
The Supply Chain Improvement Manager is responsible for programs and projects within the End2End Health Systems supply chain, bridging businesses and markets. These projects focus around Operational Excellence (inventory, cycle time, cost, quality, planning), and new supply chain capabilities and implementation of strategic initiatives.
Initiates and manages programs and projects leading to structural improvements and new capabilities of the supply chain.
Manages Supply Chain programs and projects with multiple work streams from concept development, feasibility study and implementation to closure, according to the PMO standards.
Drives process improvements and hands over sustainable solutions to the responsible organization, embedded into their standard work.
Drives fact based problem solving based on Lean and DMAIC
Creates project conditions for successful execution of pilots and global roll out.
Carries out Change Management towards internal key stakeholders and external partners on a global scale.
Maintains a strong and open network with the stakeholders.
Acts as a Supply Chain Business Process Expert, supporting and sharing knowledge with key users through support or training.
The Supply Chain Improvement Manager reports into the manager of the Supply Chain Engineering and Architecture team. This team is part of the new global Supply chain organization in the Single Value Added Layer (SVAL) of Philips Health Systems. He/ She will work in an international environment on key supply chain projects, in close cooperation with Markets, Businesses and central teams. Furthermore he or she will take an active part in building a strong team of Supply Chain experts to partner with stakeholders within Philips HealthTech.
Develop & leverage standard supply chain capabilities , to serve our business-market combinations in achieving their business objectives, and to drive efficiency and operational excellence in our supply chain processes.
We are looking for:
Bachelor / Master degree Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Technical Business Administration
Minimal 10 years of relevant experience preferably inProject management, Business excellence management or Change Management.
Experience in working with Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies (DMAIC)
Change Manager, able to influence and convince stakeholders
Experience in working in virtual teams within an internationalSupply Chain environment
Willingness to travel (upto 20%)
Being able to define and execute a strategy.
Strong analytical skills and capability in structuring complextopics.
Focus on deliverables, result driven, teamplayer.
Excellent communication skills and experienced in stakeholder managment.
Fluent in English, other languages is an advantage
