Your challenge

Drive Operational Excellence through the deployment of Continuous Improvement methodologies throughout the End-to-End customer value chains within Health & Wellness. Establish a Lean Thinking and continuous learning organization through Change Management and Lean Leadership. Ensure strategic plans are set-up for deployment based on Hoshin Planning methodology. Establish culture of Daily Management and Problem Solving in all areas of the business with ongoing coaching throughout all leadership levels. Establish mutual agreed Continuous Improvement deployment plan for the business and assertively work with multifunctional team to deliver progress.

Your responsibilities

  • Lean implementation across the End-to-End value chain – Idea to Market – Market to order – Order to Cash

  • Implementation of Daily Management and Problem solving process and coaching of the required Lean Leadership behaviors

  • Establish a culture of root causes analysis and identification of underlying process improvement opportunities

  • Establishing a tier level structure to best support the Daily Management governance

  • Facilitate the Hoshin Planning and execution processes (Strategy Deployment)

  • Facilitate Value Stream Mapping process to identify key focus areas

  • Kaizen facilitation and tracking of the sustainability of events

  • Drive the change management throughout the Lean journey to ensure the organization fully embraces the Why, What and How of the Lean transformation

  • Be a role model Lean Trainer, Coach and Mentor

  • Lean advisor & business partner for the Business Leadership Team

  • Capture, document and share best practice, transferring knowledge & learnings across the Business Group and the entire organization

Your team

The Lean Master reports to the Business Transformation Leader of the Business Group Health & Wellness and is 100% dedicated to the deployment of Continuous Improvement.

The Lean Master takes ownership of the improvement plan, which has to be designed to support the achievement of the key performance indicators of the business.

We are looking for

  • A Bachelors or Master’s degree is required

  • A minimum of 10 years’ working experience is required

  • Strong background in Lean transformations End-to-End (Innovation, Office, Manufacturing)

  • Experience in multi locations Lean deployment is required

  • Master lean certification is a preference

  • Business English both spoken and written is required

  • Experience with connected devices and/or software is a preference

  • A passion for Continuous Improvement

  • Great networking and business partnering skills

  • Proven ability to navigate and drive progress in diverse fast moving business environment

  • The ability to influence and a solid experience to lead the required change for a sustainable Lean transformation

  • The ability to enthuse colleagues in Lean Thinking as a business necessity

  • Able to work at every level of the organization, from Team Members to Executives

  • A belief in 'leading by example' and working as a core member of the business leadership team

  • Hands-on and pragmatic approach

  • Up to 40% travel, mainly within the assigned region, but also globally
