Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Service Role in Earth City, MO.Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working with the consumers to resolve the problems as to why their HVAC unit is broken or isn't properly working

  • Will be resolving issues, researching the issue and calling them back with final resolution

  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with internal and external customers

  • Entry level candidates with English, Communications, Business, Psych, and Political Science

Skills and Competencies:

  • Looking for bubbly personalities; someone who is friendly and can talk to all individuals

  • Great problem solving abilities and someone who is patient and understanding

  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking

  • Customer service skills/interpersonal skills

  • Ability to follow operating procedures

  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time

  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information

  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
