Customer Account Manager
Summary of Duties
Responsible for processing accounting documents for manufacturing, direct sales and dealer sales. Manage customer accounts.
Understanding of Service Management and Materials Sales programs.
Set up new customers, service sites, service management agreements in the accounting program.
Generate work orders for scheduled maintenance and approved repair or service for RKWC customers.
Process monthly or quarterly invoices for manufacturing, sales accounts, dealer accounts, RKWC projects and parts.
Track sales commissions for account executives.
Communicate with operations and manufacturing teams monthly for all invoicing information.
Maintain and create organized filing systems to support the organizations document retention policies.
Fully competent in all conventional aspects of subject matter or functional area.
Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in independent evaluation , selection and substantial adaptation/modification of standards
Devises new solutions to problems encountered.
Independently performs most assignments without instruction.
Receives guidance for unusual or complex problems and supervisor approval for changes in standards.
College/university graduate or equivalent combination of skills and experience generally expected for specified roles.
