Responsibilities: As Web Producer you love people and technology. You are a technology enthusiast and thrive on helping others accomplished great things with the latest and greatest technology. You anticipate needs and leap into action when the team has a technical need or question. In this role you’re equally happy helping the team with technology requests or working independently and make decisions on your own to move projects forward. From time to time you’ll also need to let the creative juices flow and build a new design or figure out a new process.

You’ll work side by side with our fired up Sponsor Services Team building innovative social media programs for healthcare companies. You’ll be a key member on our small tech team at our fast-growing, nimble company where you’ll learn new skills and be given the change to grow.

Requirements: We’re looking for someone who can learn quickly, help our team execute and take ownership of key systems and processes. We’re flexible about the details but imagine they’d include some of the following:

• Skilled in a variety of technology platforms including website content management systems, analytics, social media and project management. • 2-4 years’ experience in a technology support or web developer position (or equivalent experience) at a digital agency • Basic UX skills including wire-framing, sitemaps, and the ability to create user flows • Strong working knowledge of web development tools and methodology including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Bonus for knowledge of Photoshop/Sketch, Ruby on Rails, and GIT. • Outstanding problem-solving and organizational skills with strong attention to detail • Team player with a strong desire to help others and experience collaborating with internal and external teams • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and quickly learn new systems • Working knowledge of the following types of tools: ◦ CRM Systems (Nimble, Salesforce.com) ◦ Landing page tools (Unbounce) ◦ CMS systems (Wordpress) ◦ Analytics tools (Google Analytics) ◦ Email marketing (Silverpop) ◦ Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) ◦ Adobe Photoshop, Sketch
