Division Director, Compensation Operations:
The Division Director, Compensation Operations, manages compensation activities for Divisions / lines of business ("LOB") and ensures integration of compensation services with other HCA entities. This role participates in the development of compensation programs and policies, compensation strategies, and incentive plans, providing insight from the business. Additionally, the Manager, Compensation Operations advises group-level leadership and manages compensation vendor relationships.
The Division Director Compensation Operations will be responsible for some or all of the following under direction of the Assistant Vice President of Compensation: * Participate in the development of cash compensation and reward strategies. * Participate in the development and assimilation of best practice program and policy designs. * Participate in the design of incentive plans * Perform calculations for incentive plans. * Manage key initiatives including the implementation of enterprise standards and LOB-specific strategies. * Coordinate compensation services with HR Operations Center, Physician Service Center, Tax, Legal, Information Technology & Services, and other HR support. * Provide direct service and advice to group level leadership. * Manage and provide training and development to assigned divisions/LOB Specialists. * Assist in the selection of vendors and managing vendor relationships
EDUCATION: * Undergraduate college degree required * Graduate college degree / MBA or equivalent preferred
EXPERIENCE: * Requires 3 - 7 years' relevant work experience * Management, healthcare industry and compensation administration experience required
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS: * CCP, PHR, SPHR preferred
