The Occupational Medicine Training Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales and with the PV training team creating training materials for both the urgent care centers as well as for the employers for the implementation and usage of PV employer protocols and employer portal access. Act as a resource before, during and after implementation for both the centers and employer groups. Assist in the implementation and growth of occmed services throughout the markets. Be available to travel as needed. Position would also assist in occupational medicine sales efforts in smaller markets, research and training efforts throughout the markets for state work comp laws and regulations, apprising and training clinic personnel, and helping to ensure required equipment and training is identified and in place for occmed services.


  • Develop training materials.

  • Market employee training.

  • Market implementation.

  • Market support and account maintenance along with continuity of PV employer protocol program and employer portal access.

  • Research of state regulations regarding work comp.

  • Providing controlled data and training throughout the urgent care markets.

  • Ensuring markets have the tools needed to successfully provide occmed services.

  • Provide overall assistance to Director of Sales with national market implementation and growth of occmed services.


Must be able to travel up to 30%

  • Occupational medicine background.

  • EMR experience helpful.

  • Extensive knowledge of employer and payer requirements and how those should be addressed in PV as well as in the markets.

  • Bachelor’s degree required and occupational medicine experience highly desirable .
