We are looking for a Machinist Trainee to join our team in Chestertown, MD on Maryland's eastern shore. No production experience required; previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Learn a combination of technical production skills, which may include: performing assembly operations, operating machinery, and packaging finished product.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs a combination of production operations
- Performs assembly operations
- Operates machinery (CNC)
- Attention to detail including monitoring proper production of part or products
- Adherence to safety processes and procedures
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Ability to use basic mathematics specifically addition and subtraction
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift and maneuver 70 lbs. consistently over the course of a shift
- Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
