Your Challenge

A role within the Human Resource organization. Performs administrative HR support tasks, and provides administrative services and expertise related to all aspects of the HR data processing. Responsible also for executing projects on HR related topics applying professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and performance risks. Working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders, this role defines the project scope, deliverables and plan, whilst delivering transparency through reporting and communication and overseeing quality control throughout the project life cycle.

Your Responsibilities:

•Performs studies with respect to HR administrative support processes, functional as well as non-functional.

•Supports HR BP of the Business Group (BG) Health Informatics, Solutions and Services (HISS) in all administrative tasks.

•Project management of HR initiatives across the BG; responsible for formulating the project plan, in consultation with HR BP HISS, management and other parties.

•Responsible for projects implementation and realization according to the project plan (specification, quality, time, money, information) and organization.

•Report on the progress of the project with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money to senior management and to the project members.

•Performs studies and makes recommendations with respect to usage of new HR administrative support methods and tools.

•Determines the HR administrative support approach within projects.

•Executes the HR administrative support activities within the project.

•Selects and applies methods and tools with regards to specifications and related scripts.

•Assures the proper creation of an infrastructure for optimum usage of these tools.

•Reviews requirements and specifications with respect to HR administrative support.

We are looking for:

•Bachelor’s degree and < 5 years of related HR experience.

•Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

•Highly analytical and ability to transform data into business insights.

•Exercises judgment within defined procedures/practices to determine appropriate action.

•Builds productive internal/external working relationships.

•Being able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met

•Receives general instructions on routine work and on new projects or assignments.

•Influence on business budget

•This is an individual contributor role with influence across a variety of stakeholders.
